Help

Answers, in plain words.

Starting, plans, your data, and what to do when something breaks.

Getting started

What does PageWeave do?

PageWeave is a Chrome extension. It shows which ads sellers run and for how long, helps you make creatives for your own version, and lets you try a simulated Messenger conversation to see how the bot can answer questions and prepare an order.

How do I start?

Add PageWeave to Chrome, sign in, then open the Meta Ad Library for Tunisia and look up a shop. The Welcome page walks through each step.

Do I need an account?

Sign in with Google to keep your plan and daily allowance in one place. You can also use your own AI key instead.

Plans and tokens

Is it free?

Yes. The free plan gives you 500,000 AI tokens a day and shows ads. Pro adds more tokens, removes ads and works on more devices. See Pricing for the exact limits.

What is a token?

A token is the small unit AI models use to count the text they read and write. Every answer uses some of your daily allowance.

When does my allowance reset?

Every day at 00:00 UTC.

Can I use my own AI key?

Yes. Requests made with your own provider key do not use your PageWeave allowance.

Your data

Is my chat stored?

No. PageWeave does not keep chat or page text after the answer. Your AI model provider receives the request and handles it under its own terms. The full detail is on the privacy page.

What does signing in connect?

Your Google name, email and picture. They are used to sign you in and keep your plan and balance.

Will PageWeave act without asking?

No. It never buys, posts, sends or submits anything without your approval.

How do I delete my account?

Write to us from the email address you sign in with and ask for deletion.

Something is wrong

Something broke. What do I do?

Use Report a problem inside PageWeave. You see the report before it is sent, and page text, form values, passwords, keys and tokens are removed first.

Where do I reach a person?

Use Report a problem inside PageWeave.

Still stuck?

Report a problem from inside PageWeave, so we can see what you saw. Start from the Welcome page.
